    STEP 1 – REGISTRATION

    For getting Admission, interested applicants should fill the online Registration Form available on website.

    STEP 2 – WRITTEN TEST AND INTERVIEW

    After the scrutiny of Applications, shortlisted Candidates will be intimated about the date and time for the Written Test and Interview via email/sms.

    Only the Shortlisted candidates will be allowed to sit for the Written Test and Interview.

    Selection procedure:

    • Online Registration Forms submitted after the due date will be considered null and void.
    • Minimum Age As per the minimum age mentioned in the tab “Age Criteria”.
    • Mode of Selection:
      • Successful completion of previous class.
      • Admission test to be conducted (Written and oral interaction).
      • Verification of documents of shortlisted students.

    Note: Every year, we have more applicants than the number of vacant seats. Therefore, if a candidate is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her caliber.

    Admission Procedure

    • Students should apply online. No Application received in any other form will be considered/accepted as Registration.
    • The Shortlisted Candidate will appear for a Written Test only after intimation via email/sms from School Authorities regarding the date of the same. Kindly do not contact the School by phone or in person regarding the same.
    • Candidates who have appeared in the Written Test/Interview once need not apply again.
    • Selection Criteria: The selection of Applicants for the Provisional Admission will be on the basis of their performance in the Written Test and Interview. The Admission will only be considered confirmed after receiving all below mentioned documents and payment of fees.

    Required Documents:

    • Birth Certificate / Passport of a child.
    • Aadhaar card of the child.
    • Residence proof of both permanent and current (Ration Card/ Voter ID-Card/ Utility Bill/ Rent Agreement/ Sale Deed/ Aadhaar Card).
    • Photo ID proof of both the parents (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/ Voter ID-Card).
    • 2 Passport size latest photograph of the child and both the parents.
    • 2 Passport size latest photograph of the guardian (if applicable).
    • Academic transcript of the previous 2 classes attended by the student (for admission in grade III and above).
    • Original Transfer certificate from the last school attended.
    • Vaccination card/Medical report of the child along with the blood report.
    • Attested copies of legal document if single parent is bringing up the child.
    • Affidavit of Guardianship is to be submitted if student lives with a local guardian.
    • Original Character certificate from the last school attended (only for student seeking admission in grade XI).
    • Original Migration certificate (only for Non-CBSE student seeking admission in grade XI).
    • Caste Certificate (if availing the facility).

    NOTE: Parents will also be required to pay the fees to confirm the seat. Admission fees and 1st Installment.

    Fee Structure

    Dear Parents,

    Hope you and your loved ones are safe and in good health.

    You can deposit fees as per your convenience as we have an online fee payment facility through your Entab Parents App. Please note that the school charges 10 months’ fee, payable in 4 equal installments. No cash will be accepted as Tuition Fees.

    The procedures to pay the tuition fee are given below:

    Renewal of Old Students

    • The re-admission process of old students will start from the next day of result declaration.
    • 1st installment of fee along with other charges (if any) is to be submitted before 30th March every year for continuation of admission. Otherwise, your seat will be given to another candidate and you will be treated as a new admission and will be liable to pay Re-Admission fee (depending on vacant seats).
    • In case of change of address/contact number, submit an application to the Admin-Student department.

    Note: Van/Bus facility is limited and the school will not be responsible if the candidate could not get the facility due to unavailability or late payment of fee.

    Withdrawals

    • Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only on submission of the withdrawal/TC form, available at the school reception in writing.
    • On the receipt of approval from the Principal, transfer certificate will be issued & parents can collect the TC of their ward(s) after seven days of submission of the application.
    • Transfer Certificate will not be issued under the following circumstances:
      • The parent/guardian has failed to submit the Transfer Certificate from the previous school where the child has studied.
      • Failed to submit the Birth Certificate of the ward from Municipal Corporation.
      • The dues pertaining to the school have not been paid.
    • One clear calendar month’s notice in writing (in the month of March) must be given for discontinuation before a pupil can be withdrawn for next session.
    • If a newly admitted child is withdrawn before the beginning of the academic session, admission fees will be forfeited.
    • Parent desirous to withdraw the child after the start of session has to pay the fees according to the month of withdrawal:
      • April to June – I Installment
      • July to September – II Installment
      • October to January – III & IV Installment
      • * Transfer cases of government employees, army personnel, and emergency cases will be considered on merit by the Chairperson/Director.
    • Reversal/Cancellation of withdrawal request after notice period entails fresh admission.
    • Fees will be applicable up to the date of written request/application received for withdrawal by parent.
    • Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
      • Non-payment of school dues.
      • Parents repeatedly not meeting the teacher when called.
      • Using unfair means in any examination or attempting to influence any teacher.
      • Unsatisfactory progress in academics.
      • Code of conduct harmful for others.
      • Detention or repeated detention in a class; students must be under 18 years to continue.
      • A student failing twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue, especially if below average.
      • If withdrawal occurs due to the above reasons, the question of charging a month's fee in lieu of notice does not arise.
    • Transfer Certificates will not be issued under following circumstances:
      • If the parent has failed to submit the original TC of previous school.
      • Failed to submit the Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
      • Dues pertaining to the school have not been paid.

    Admissions for the new academic session generally open in December each year. Parents are encouraged to apply early, as the number of seats in each class is limited and admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Parents can obtain the admission form from the school office or download it from the school website. The filled form must be submitted along with the required documents. After submission, the school communicates the date of interaction or assessment.

    After form submission, parents will receive a confirmation message or call from the school for the interaction or admission test. Once the child is selected, parents must complete the fee payment and document verification to confirm the seat.

    Yes. Mid-session admissions are accepted only if seats are available. Parents need to submit the Transfer Certificate, last report card, and other required documents from the previous school. Admission will be confirmed after document verification and approval by the Principal.

    The following documents are mandatory for completing admission:

    • Aadhar card of student and parents
    • Transfer Certificate (for Grade 2 and above)

    Yes. The school conducts an Orientation Programme at the start of every academic year. It helps parents understand school policies, daily routines, assessment systems, and communication methods, ensuring a smooth start for new students.
